日程计划及管理 --- 制造及安装工作日之日程计划，人员分派之管理，皆使用电脑来安排质量1及控制，严格按照与顾客协定之交货日程控制生产进度，保证如期交货。

人员培训

技术及管理人员 --- 公司各阶层人员皆接受最先进的管理技术之培训，使其具有正确的工质量1作理念及态度，严格按公司质量保证体系及质量控制体系要求招待工作。

焊工 --- 按照国家劳动部之要求施以培训及焊工测试，唯有合格之焊工才能上岗招待焊接质量1工作。

Time Scheduling and Resource Management

All the time schedule for manufacturing and the resources are controlled and managed参tp by computer software.To meet the contract time schedule is one of Anging Shin-Fon-参与dg's primary objectives,Anging shin-Fong guarantees the timely delivery.

Training

Employees of anging shin-fong are instructed to have the international working manner 参k44and concept.Training is undertaken to ensure that our rigorous and efficient managing参与 syste-ms(including QA/QC)are understood,implemented and maintained at all levels in参与 the comp-any.Weldes are trained and qualification tested par AWSD1.1 specification. 参与7Only qualified welders and workers are allowed to implement the production works.
